We open the program with an informal discussion about the journey of a professional behind the scenes of the independent cultural sector. You will find out how projects are born, what challenges they bring with them and how their real impact is shaped. An invitation to understand the invisible work behind the scenes.
15:00 - who do you think you are?
Portfolio presentations and meetings with emerging artists. We talk about how a work comes into being - from concept to final form - and how a living creative process can be shared with the public.
16:00 - make it happen!
Creative workshop led by a guest artist. You have the opportunity to experiment with an artistic technique in a friendly and accessible format. Materials are provided by us and participation is free, subject to places available.
17:00 - all you can art!
The end of the day catches us in a performance-exhibition, where works come to life through interpretation. The public is invited to explore ideas, interact and actively participate in an art exhibition constructed as a collection of instructions - a "corpus".
